Late in 2018 we began offering our art lovers' series, Wednesday Art Scoops, in which we chose and presented items garnering particular attention in the Gallery. The title and look have changed over time, but the intent remains the same - to offer a look at art of great beauty and purpose, to entrance and inspire, in a snug weekly newsletter. Now known simply as Art Scoops, it is a subscribers-only publication (see below to subscribe), but we are excited to bring these amazing artists to a broader audience by adding links and information here on the blog. That effort begins with this blog post, featuring The Island Gallery's earliest Wednesday Art Scoops #1 - 14.
